Responsibilities & Context:

Position: Sales Officer

Job Context
We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, generating sales, and achieving assigned business targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and market-development skills with a proactive approach to sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, retailers and business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-up.

• Visit customers and markets regularly to generate leads and increase sales.

• Present company products/services to prospective customers and communicate their key benefits.

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and other required sales documents.

• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions within the company’s approved policies.

• Follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries and outstanding payments.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.

• Collect and report market feedback to the management for business development.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, orders and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate action for resolution.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on sales progress.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and reporting requirements.

• Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.
