Job Context:
∎ Ananda Shipyard & Slipways Ltd. (A concern of Ananda Group)
∎ Job Location : Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the standard safety rules in factory premises.
∎ Regular inspection of fire safety/Security and sensitive points of the factory at everyday.
∎ Look after the unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations during the work at work place.
∎ Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training.
∎ Sharing information, suggestion and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety for the workplace& building
∎ Practice safe working techniques.
∎ Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
∎ Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
∎ Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
∎ Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
∎ Identify hazardous equipment, devices.
∎ Promote safety initiatives.
∎ Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
∎ Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
∎ Regularly inspect equipment.
∎ Compile safety programs.

∎ Experience in fire safety Department of any reputed Industry.
∎ The incumbent should be smart, young and energetic.
