Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/IPE from any reputed Public University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct QC meeting for QC department.
∎ Ensure the IQC, LQC and OQC operation in the production line.
∎ Plan and Organize manpower for QC Department.
∎ Should have good knowledge about 5S, Time Management, Motion Study and Time study.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on CTP, CTQ, CPk, Line Balancing etc.
∎ Daily top five defect & damage/shortage analysis for reducing the damage percentage.
∎ Cooling top five problem analysis for reduce the Not Good (NG) percentage.
∎ Problem solving skill on the line during production on going condition.
∎ Good Knowledge on Six Sigma, LEAN, KIZEN, TQM and other quality techniques.
∎ Field failure report (FFR) and field visit report analysis and development for the good production process.
∎ Weekly and monthly presentation for factory top five problems analysis each/ every section.
∎ Continuously provide training, motivation and supervise QC workers and Supervisor to get 100% effort from them.
∎ Scrap auditing & analysis.
∎ Ensure the product quality audit for local supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2 years Refrigerator manufacturing industry related experience
∎ Good analytical ability
∎ Proficiency in English language
∎ Proactive mentality
∎ Willing to work with team
∎ Day and Night shift working mentality.
