Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ A. Applicants should have experience of dealing with the concerned govt. offices [e.g. Land Offices, Sub-Registry Offices, RAJUK Estate Department, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, City Corporations etc.] on matters relating to deed registration, mortgage registration, flat and land mutation, holding tax mutation, obtaining and verification of various property ownership documents, authority permissions etc. from different govt offices.
∎ B. Should have in-depth knowledge and understanding on various types of property ownership related documents, e.g. sale deed, gift deed, partition deed, mortgage deed, power deed, rectification deed, Baya deeds, land mutation documents, Parchas, Khatian etc.
∎ C. Should have clear understanding on the processes and requirements relating to registration and mutation of various property documents, obtaining authority permissions, verification of property related documents etc.
∎ D. Should be able to identify errors and shortcomings in the property related documents, Parchas, Khatians and take corrective measures with the Govt offices.

∎ Should possess excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.
∎ Excellent relationship skill with the respective dealing personnel in concerned govt. offices.
∎ Highly self-motivated, efficient, energetic candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel to govt. offices regularly and extensively.
∎ Candidates capable to ride motor cycle and having valid driving license will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience with a law firm, legal department of a developer company or similar organization on property documentation related works will be preferable.
