Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/IPE from any reputed Public University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily production target achieves according to the production plan.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly production planning.
∎ Should have good knowledge about 5S, Time Management, Motion Study and Time study.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on CTP, CTQ, CPk, Line Balancing etc.
∎ Manpower allocation on the basis of target production quantity.
∎ Materials requisition for production line.
∎ Prepare and maintain the production report to production manager.
∎ Daily wastage report, SFG report & OEE report update and share it with production manager.
∎ Process improvement for increasing production quantity and develop product quality.
∎ Training to workers for productivity increase.
∎ Self & sequence maintain in production line for reducing defects.
∎ Monthly requisition of local items for production line.
∎ Generate monthly WIP report end of the month.
∎ Team building and leadership quality and self-driven mentality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2 years Refrigerator manufacturing industry related experience
∎ Good analytical ability
∎ Proficiency in English language
∎ Proactive mentality
∎ Willing to work with team
∎ Day and Night shift working mentality.
