Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters with Diploma in SCM will be preferred.
∎ Fresh Engineering Graduates are also encourage to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): steel industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive indent, review quantity, stock and consumption pattern before preparing RFQ.
∎ Communicate with user for technical specification, drawings, samples etc, if required.
∎ Prepare RFQ / Tender and float enquiry to approved vendors.
∎ Collect quotation & do technical evaluation consulting with user department before making CS.
∎ Explore and select potential sources of vendor and follow necessary procedure for enlistment.
∎ Prepare CS & forward to line manager for negotiation & take necessary approval from higher authority as per company approval matrix.
∎ Prepare purchase order/work order/contract and get approval from respective authority as well as supplier.
∎ Collect PROFORM INVOICE from overseas supplier.
∎ Submit PROFORMA INVOICE to commercial department for establishing LC.
∎ Follow up pipe line materials to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Check commercial documents liaison with Commercial team.
∎ Resolve purchase/work order differences & non-compliances with suppliers.
∎ Settle supplier bills / claims and follow up with accounts/commercial for timely payment.
∎ Update PO/INDENT register.
∎ Prepare different types of reports/statements to meet the queries of management.
∎ Day to day activities as per instruction of department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill (Both English & Bengali).
