Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure sourcing, negotiate and purchase materials from Local vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
∎ To arrange for formation of Contracts/ Agreements/MOU etc
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater superior delivery services and shorten lead time requirements.
∎ Link up with cross functional departments, suppliers, warehouse for smooth and uninterrupted operational support.
∎ To visit market frequently.
∎ Deal with relevant authorities and obtain the required permits/license etc.
∎ Supplier selection and re qualifying to manage the risk.
∎ Monitoring and measuring supplier performance.
∎ Increase the quality and efficiency of communication with supplier.
∎ Aligns with company strategy and supplier strategy to create competitive advantage

∎ Age at most 32 years
