Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiate and purchase materials from Local vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
∎ Formation of Contracts/ Agreements/MOU etc.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater superior delivery services and shorten lead time requirements.
∎ Link up with cross functional departments, suppliers, warehouse for smooth and uninterrupted operational support.
∎ Generate monthly reports
∎ Frequently market visit
∎ Deal with relevant authorities and obtain the required permits/license etc
∎ Supplier selection and re qualifying to manage the risk.
∎ Monitoring and measuring supplier performance.
∎ Increase the quality and efficiency of communication with supplier.
∎ Aligns with company strategy and supplier strategy to create competitive advantage

∎ Age at most 30 years
