Educational Requirements:
∎ A graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Incoming fabrics & accessories as per SOP
∎ Ensure proper storage of stored fabrics & accessories to avoid damage or quality deterioration
∎ Ensure proper management of leftover and aging stock
∎ Prepare worksheet as per requisition within the lead time
∎ Maintain inventory accuracy of processing store
∎ Conduct physical stock checking and reconcile with ERP
∎ Identify leftover/aging/defective stock and relocate to a separate area with proper labeling
∎ Prepare monthly stock reports and other reports as required
∎ Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
∎ Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock
∎ Sound knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
∎ Understanding of inventory and inventory controls
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
∎ Must have skills in computer operating, report writing and good communication skills
