Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA (major in HRM) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and follow up with employee joining process such as prepare appointment letter, ID card issue & collect all others necessary documents from employee.
∎ Deactivate of lefty workers / staff’s ID card from ERP Payroll data base.
∎ Maintain and update employees Leave card Data base.
∎ Prepare daily attendance list & cross check with Payroll.
∎ Work with designated Bank to open new employee bank account within specific time frame.
∎ Follow up with late attendance, leave information & missing card punch.
∎ Prepare monthly salary, bonus & other activities for all employees.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal file.
∎ Co-ordinate to arrange new employee orientation program.
∎ Assist compliance team to submit and prepare payroll information for Buyer Audit.
∎ Update and maintain all employee related documents.
∎ Any other related task well-ordered by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have knowledge of ERP payroll software system.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet.
∎ Commanding in writing and speaking both Bangle and English.
Salary: Negotiable
