Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a committed and experienced Paramedic to join our healthcare team in delivering urgent medical care and health training to refugee women in the Rohingya camps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing training in emergency medical assistance, managing trauma cases, and ensuring the well-being of camp residents in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to offer essential health services to one of the world's most vulnerable populations.
∎ Provide training on emergency medical treatment to patients within the camps, including trauma care, wound management, and life-saving interventions as per LSDS guidelines.
∎ Assess patient condition and prioritize care based on severity (triage).
∎ Administer medications, perform medical procedures (IV insertion, intubation, etc.), and use medical equipment as required.
∎ Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing stabilization and transport to healthcare facilities as needed.
∎ Educate refugees and camp staff on basic first aid and health practices to prevent the spread of diseases.
∎ Follow health and safety protocols to prevent infection and ensure hygiene standards are met.
∎ Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in line with health protocols.
∎ Ensure the proper management and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
∎ Ensure the proper documentation and maintain information on training participants as of project needs.
∎ Maintain smooth interpersonal communication within team and organizations.
∎ Collect relevant knowledge materials and contribute to strengthen team member’s capacity through sharing knowledge and information.
∎ Project: Promoting Women and Girls’ Empowerment through Enhancing Protection and Economic Resilience of Rohingya Women and Adolescent Girls in 3 Camps- Phase III (Funded by UN Women)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary BDT. 74,356 with other admissible benefits such as mobile & internet allowance, medical benefit, group life insurance etc
