∎ PGD in Supply Chain will be preferred.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Foreign Purchase
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & track international procurement demands and supply to ensure that all procurement adhere to it.
∎ Generate Purchase Order, Issue PO and carry out the same till shipping process & factory arrival of materials.
∎ Arrange Transport as per demand (e.g. Air or Sea) in consultation with Logistics Department.
∎ Arrange Partial delivery when required.
∎ Arrange payment documents and ensure successful payment disbursement.
∎ Liaison with other departments, particularly Finance, Production, Warehouse
∎ departments along with any other procuring departments to obtain comprehensive material specification requirements and keep the stakeholders informed on the procurement process.
∎ Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to send out material orders.
∎ Interact with the foreign suppliers' base for sustaining business partner relationship.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years

∎ Good command in English Language

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
