Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering) from a reputed public or private university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, Manage, Develop & direct all maintenance procedures & operations
∎ Ensure all machinery in up to working standards
∎ Must have sound knowledge on PLC for machineries
∎ Must have sound Knowledge on Thermo forming Machine, Door & Body Foaming Machine, Roll Forming Machine, Refrigerant Charging Machine, Diesel & Gas Generator, Power Press & Hydraulic Press, Chemical mixing plant, Air Compressor etc.
∎ Assessment Current maintenance work Process to optimize efficiency.
∎ Manage daily checklist & maintenance Schedule
∎ Identify areas for improvement & Assign workers to take care of issues
∎ Analyze machine operation to develop the system as a part of kaizen
∎ Root Cause analysis to help prepare for prevent future problems
∎ Create & implement measures to minimize breakdowns & repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc.
∎ Troubleshoot problems areas & crate a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts
∎ Train new employees in maintenance work process & procedures
∎ Create a work environment with safety as a high priority
∎ Perform evaluation of employees to ensure quality of work
∎ Record & track daily progress/error reports
∎ Maintain Vendor relationships & order new materials as needs
∎ Monitor equipment/parts inventory & place order at optimum level of inventory
∎ Monitor expenses & control the budget for maintenance development
∎ Record Keeping of TPM, schedule maintenance, predictive maintenance & breakdown maintenance
∎ Keep Maintenance logs & report on daily activities
∎ Enforce all health & safety rules & regulations according to state/federal laws & company protocol.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Microsoft office package
∎ Should have knowledge in electrical, mechanical & pneumatic systems
∎ Should have good knowledge in mechanics, machine theory, semiconductor & Control System
∎ Should have knowledge in system automation
∎ Should have hand on experience in control circuits
∎ Must have self-motivate
∎ Should pass the written exam
