Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain/Inventory Management will be an advantage.

JK Group, a renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as officer for Spare Store (Spare Parts) located at South Dariapur, Savar, Dhaka.

• Must have a good knowledge of Spare Parts Store like: Types of Machinery spare parts etc.
• Properly maintain the overall Inventory Management System and provide data to the management & to concern departments on time.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly Stock & Delivery Report. Receive the goods from suppliers and monitoring Spare Parts as per requirement.
• Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability with maintaining 5S.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Delivery of right type of items to right places at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production against the departmental requisition.
• To keep all the records & documents properly like Delivery Challan, Invoice, Departmental Requisition and Gate Pass etc.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness & compliance of the store area frequently.
