Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The role will be responsible for managing all types of International Supply Chain Management activities including communicating with new & existing suppliers, preparing competitive statements, collecting original documents from banks, preparing insurance documents, and submitting transport bills. The role will be located at Kawran Bazar, Dhaka Head office.Prepare competitive statements as per management requirements Evaluate /Prepare LC as per the standard procedure Collect and check original documents from the bank and send them to the CNF agent for further processing. Monitor inventory materials before placing a new order as per standard procedure Continuous liaison and daily checking with the Store of raw material inventory status and supervision of urgent foreign procurement Prepared & Submit Bills (Insurance, transport, and CNF, etc)
