∎ Bachelor of Science/ Engineering in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Health Safety and Environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure business related specific requirement related to H&S as per HQ guideline.
∎ Ensure effective communication regarding H&S.
∎ Provide support for H&S related training plan preparation and execution.
∎ Hazard identification and H&S Risk management in all over the company.
∎ Investigate H&S incidents, accidents and near misses.
∎ Conduct H&S Internal Audits and Inspections with the related team
∎ Ensure functionality of the safety device and equipment.
∎ Ensure internal and external audit-related documents and reports.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the Govt. offices and regulatory bodies.
∎ Coordinate safety committee meetings
∎ Coordinate the functional KPI setting and execution related with H&S.
∎ Perform any other specific job assigned by the supervisor
∎ Control of Contractors according to the H&S Legislation and Company Procedures
∎ Implement Safe Permit to Work Systems
∎ Provision and use of protective clothing and Personnel Protective Equipment
∎ Inspect the workplace and work equipment’s according to the H&S Requirements
∎ Preparation of emergency plans for natural disasters, fires or explosions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High level proficiency in MS- Word and MS- Excel
∎ Problem solving & pressure handling capacity
∎ Professional Certificate by Fire Safety and Civil Defense
∎ Sound knowledge on Five Star Occupational Health & Safety Audit, ISO and BSCI audit process, Bangladesh Labor Law.
