Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guest welcome,visitor log book maintain,reception area check
∎ All phone call receive & transfer,T&T line & PABX set handle,interview call to candidate
∎ All courier receive & send (Local & international as like DHL,UPS)
∎ Company vehicle check,follow up & maintenance work follow up.
∎ Rental vehicle follow up,maintain & kilow check
∎ Supporting staff work follow-up,office cleaning follow up
∎ Training & counselling meeting with supporting staff,drivers,security guard
∎ Maintain & prepare monthly requisition,stock & consumption status of stationary,cleaning items
∎ Report prepare for monthly basis(in time,Fuel consumption,Vehicle usage)
∎ GA related bill checking,calculation & sent to accounts
∎ Prepare visiting card requisition,checking OT of supporting staff & hire rental vehicle for sales visit.
∎ Look after first aid medicine box & supporting staff health checkup
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel)
∎ English Language proficiency
