Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome clients/visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
∎ Monitor and control visitor access by verifying their identities.
∎ Handle incoming phone calls, take messages and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Record received documents such as letters, bills, and checks and dispatch them to the relevant personnel.
∎ Process mobile bills for Banglalink and GP.
∎ Monitor office supplies/stationaries and place orders as necessary.
