Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking for a person with strong knowledge about Import Customer Service
∎ Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customers for import shipment by air and ocean.
∎ Good understanding of IGM and capable of solving problems related to IGM
∎ Issuing debit notes, pre-alert and arrival notice to the customers
∎ Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on computer MS Office.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management will be treated as a duty

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Export, Import.
∎ Smooth in English in writing, speaking and e-mail correspondence

Salary: Negotiable
