∎ Master’s degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given who are having MBA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient in English - oral and written.
∎ Need adequate knowledge & efficiency to communicate with local & foreign clients.
∎ Strong knowledge about Import customer service
∎ Capable to solve any emergency issue with the customers for import shipment by air & ocean.
∎ Good understanding of IGM and capable of solving problems related to IGM
∎ Issuing debit notes and pre-alert and arrival notice to the customers
∎ Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in similar capacity in reputed freight forwarding company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Export, Import.
