∎ BBS/Honors in Accounting or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow necessary instructions from Project Management office on Inventory control system.
∎ Communicate and follow up with concerned Party/Supplier for transportation and delivery of construction materials based on PMO guidelines, work orders, supply schedules etc.
∎ Receive any products and materials, at any point of time, required for the Project works after proper inspections and evaluations against the Orders placed to Suppliers.
∎ Prepare complete database for all materials in both hard copy and electronically, update the database time to time after Stock-in and Stock-out.
∎ Conduct physical verification of Stock and report to Management on total Inventory status.
∎ Prepare and maintain Registers for Assets with adequate historical data and information.
∎ Take proper measures to safeguard the Inventory, physically monitor all concerned issues.
∎ Identify risk factors and communicate to Management proactively to avoid any disruptions.
∎ Communicate to concerned party for logistics required for official use with documentations.
∎ Perform any other relevant jobs as assigned by Management to support the Project team.

∎ Basic idea about Project job
