Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Constantly check the depot’s expenses to achieve depot’s sales budget in a profitable manner.
∎ Keep in touch with the HR Department and make proposal for the required staff, in order to maintain the depot’s full strength.
∎ Ensure the effective utilization of resources in order to optimize the expenses.
∎ Regularly check the depot’s security system.
∎ Update depot’s deed agreement and insurance claim.
∎ Evaluate the need for development and propose for the training to make the staff competent.
∎ Check all the reports being submitted by the ‘Depot in Charge’ and ‘Store in Charge’ constantly and notify the findings of the superiors.
∎ Maintain a record of depot’s assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the ability to communicate clearly with team members and managers.
∎ Should have the ability of problem solving and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
