Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of overall distribution, logistics, transportation, Collection and store management systems.
∎ Daily sales order collection from sales person & create a plan for delivery.
∎ Manage order as per sales target & ensure delivery to customer point.
∎ Provide delivery report to respective persons.
∎ Product receive from production dept & ensure posting in ERP software (IFS).
∎ Create production report daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
∎ Confirm pending delivery which is not delivered due to stock short or vehicle problem.
∎ Maintain proper communication with transport agencies, delivery, depot & other department.
∎ Has to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of distribution related work correctly and timely.
∎ Receive Order & Ensure Delivery as per requirements.
∎ Submit Daily & Monthly Delivery & Expense related Report
∎ Create & maintain Challan on the basis of order.
∎ Hiring Vehicles for delivery finished goods (If required).
∎ Maintain daily stock report.
∎ Decision making capabilities in respect of Store Operation & Maintenance.
∎ Solve Delivery related problem.
∎ Maintain Petty cash & reconcile balance with accounts department.
∎ Maintain transport cost & prepare bill to submit audit department.
∎ Ensure daily and monthly physical stock.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should be an energetic & self-motivated person
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to solve the unwanted situations
∎ Ability to work as a team member
