Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure maintenance of quality of inventory through review of incoming ads according to moderation guidelines.
∎ Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, according to guidelines, via email & phone.
∎ Follow up with customers and other related parties to resolve all complaints.
∎ Monitor customer queries & complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
∎ Work on different projects assigned by the management
∎ Will work as roster basis.

∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly KPI Bonus based on performance
