∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Service, Fluent in speaking english, Good communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Print related Garments Accessories
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check order receive status daily basis.
∎ Issue PI, Sending PI within 24 hours to vendors.
∎ Update vendors' over mail & phone.
∎ Follow up for payment receive from vendors' end & afterwards proceed for bulk production.
∎ Follow up with commercial for shipping document preparation.
∎ Follow up with production team for making goods ready on time.
∎ Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
∎ Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
∎ Provides feedback regarding increase/decrease of business as a base for appropriate management decision making.
∎ Follow up with Supply Chain department for smooth material issue.
∎ Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
∎ Follow Team leader's decision as well as company's rules & regulation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
∎ Accurate computer skills
∎ Time management skills - self motivator and work to strict deadlines
∎ Flexible team player
∎ Behaves with tact, sensitivity and responsibility in dealing with both internal and external parties.
