Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer queries, record issues/ complaints and forward it as required
∎ Follow up and ensure customer issues/ complaints are closed within stipulated timeline
∎ Share different communications/information with the customers proactively
∎ Identify problematic orders and make outbound calls to ensure customers are updated about their orders.
∎ Coordinate and handle customer queries/ complaints with concern stakeholders and provide appropriate solution to the customers
∎ Plan and execute customer satisfaction surveys by collecting data
∎ Assist the team during campaigns and peak seasons
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of work experience in call center/ customer service
∎ Good command in written and spoken English
∎ Basic understanding of e-commerce
∎ Experience in planning and evaluation
