Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the problem of the customers.
∎ Give quick answers and solutions to the customers at the shortest time possible.
∎ Attend customer through ticketing system, e-mail and Facebook.
∎ Check & verify subscriber documents.
∎ Reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Communication with technical team on a regular basis.
∎ Needs to be updated with the changes in the system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have very good communication skills.
∎ Proficient in both Bangla and English.
∎ Have a good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
∎ Have competence in Microsoft Office and Microsoft EXCEL.
∎ Needs to be proficient in using Internet and social media.
∎ Have quick thinking capability.
∎ Needs to be a team player.

Salary: Negotiable
