Educational Requirements:
∎ Retired Army/Police Officer (SI/JCO/ASP/Lieutenant/Captain)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an effective and efficient credit approval process that properly addresses client character, capacity.
∎ Regularly contact Dealers/ Clients and visit them to recover over dues.
∎ Ensure reinforcement activities like (sending reminder letter to default customers, phone call monitoring.)
∎ Reinforce against overdue customers and ensure the legal procedures for recovery against most problematic customers.
∎ Work with operations and marketing team & sales team to analyze competitive environment.
∎ Conduct regularly scheduled field visit, follow-up dealers, report to operation manager about present status.
∎ Ensure quality assessment & proper documentation of credit sales
∎ Monitor & visit credit customer's regular basis.
∎ Undertake detail analysis & write reports on existing customers with an objective to make effective decisions on renewal/ extensions or withdrawals of credit facilities.
∎ Monitoring & visit Distributor point regularly for Auditing Purpose and enhance collection process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Capable and willing to visit on frequent basis to perform credit collection anywhere in the country.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Good knowledge of computer is must.

Salary: Negotiable
