∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in any subject preferably from either in Accounting, Finance, or relevant to inventory related costing will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Finance, Product Costing and budgeting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounting, Costing, GARMENT COSTING, Merchandising and Production., Product Costing and budgeting

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating, analyzing, and managing budgets, forecasts, and consumption reports for chemicals and supporting materials.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as required.
∎ Managing chemical consumption for new styles and ensuring accuracy in production thread usage through collaboration with the China team.
∎ Monitoring and reporting return materials consumption statistics.
∎ Utilizing ERP, WMS, Power BI, and MS Office packages.
∎ Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Maintaining communication with various stakeholders to ensure synchronization of costing updates.
∎ Ensuring compliance with S6S standards.
∎ Tracking labor hours loss and optimizing resources accordingly.
∎ Analyzing variances in forecasted materials stock status.
∎ Generating and analyzing cost reports, communicating cost performance to top management, and implementing recovery plans.
∎ Collaborating with Product Development Department for new styles and setting Costing standards.
∎ Coordinating with warehouse, merchandisers, purchasers, PMC team, logistics, packing, and planning departments for daily plan synchronization.
∎ Setting KPIs, promoting Kaizen culture, and implementing improvement ideas.
