∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Affairs, Company Secretary, Corporate Affairs
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting Formalities for Board and General Meeting
∎ Knowledge about register and books of secretarial department.
∎ Taking all necessary measures to conduct the Board or Shareholders is transacted at the meeting
∎ Filing all returns like Schedule-X, FORM-XII, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account, consent to act as Director, Change of address, Return of allotment, change in capital, Special Resolution, etc as and when required.
∎ Compliance RJSC and other government authorities requirement.
∎ Duty to see various deeds, contracts and agreements whether these are properly framed, worded and terminologically in order before vetting and submission before the Board approval.
∎ Drafting various types of letter in Bengali and English ( must typing skill in bijoy software)
∎ Should have knowledge about corporate/business license.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have good computer skill- Ms Word Ms. Excel, good typing-
∎ Speed both English and Bengali, Tally software, ERP system & other software;
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind-set, adaptability & flexibility.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country.
∎ Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Experienced applicant will be preferable but fresher may apply
