Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of commercial invoice,L/C,Packing list,payment planning.
∎ Submission of necessary L/C related documents to the bank for payment issue.
∎ Follow up the LC's with supplier to complete the whole process within stipulated time-frame.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities (bank,vat,tax).
∎ Any other commercial related work assigned by the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must good in English both writing & speaking.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office program.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
