Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make commercial invoice and packing list.
∎ Make submission final shipping documents to forwarder.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
∎ Payment follow-up with Bank/Buyer.
∎ Prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposed in Bank.
∎ Bank to bank document endorsement. (Non-Nego/Original if needed)
∎ Should be able to check the Export L/C, Sales Contract etc.
∎ Prepare all kind of export documents as per LC/Sales Contract terms & conditions and buyer's guideline.
∎ Export documents presentation to the negotiating Bank timely & collect maturity in the stipulated time frame.
∎ Keep proper statement relating to export and any other if necessary.
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipment docs in online system for forwarder and buyer.
∎ Regular communication with bank regarding export documents.
∎ Prepare closing report after shipment made & realization.
∎ Co-ordinate with marketing department and Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund arrangement activities regularly.
∎ Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit, Incentive, BGMEA).
∎ Should be able to individual handling of below buyers:
∎ Decathlon, Zara, Dicks, Teddy, Lidl, C&A, Southpole, Hurley.
∎ Any other related assignment given by the Superior/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need working experience in similar field in Commercial Department
∎ Excel in MS Word, Mail Communication
∎ Reporting skill
∎ Should be fluent in English communication
