Cash Incentive in RMG (Ready Made Garments) Sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing cash incentive documents:
∎ a) 'KA' Form for AD bank
∎ b) 'KHA' form for BGMEA
∎ c) Undertaken on company Letter head pad
∎ d) Undertaken on nonjudicial Stamp
∎ e) PRC copy (Need to prepare and collect from AD bank specially for incentive)
∎ f) Back to Back LCs certificate
∎ g) Sorting and checking export documents for incentive
∎ (Invoice, packing list, EXP, Bill of export, Bill of Lading, Container tracking )
∎ Checking and monitoring with AD bank to know the status of submitted file whether AD bank have
∎ forwarded the file to Audit firm or not
∎ Checking with audit firm to know the status of submitted file
∎ Keeping incentive record & File management after final submission of incentive file
∎ Need to have additional knowledge about export
∎ Commercial related other task as per instruction of Management/Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-5 years job knowledge
∎ Have an experience in cash incentive task and knowledge in updated cash incentive rules.
∎ Track record in RMG export related task
