Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a clean, hygienic & well-organized office environment by the office assistant team on daily basis;
∎ Maintaining the employee attendance aligning their job responsibilities & timing;
∎ Ensuring the office and floor a disciplined & high productive environment in a prudent manner;
∎ Resolve any workplace issue among staff;
∎ Prepare regular reports on expense and office budgets, organize a filing system for important and confidential document, maintain a company calendar and schedule appointment;
∎ Book meeting rooms, distribute and store correspondence (e.g letters, emails and packages)
∎ Arrange travel and accommodations, schedule in-house and external events;
∎ Preparing Official/corporate documents as required & instructed by the company;
∎ Assisting the management as required & accomplishing any task/assignment given by the company within the deadline.
