Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, incentive, leaves, etc)
∎ Calculate and update annual leave record.
∎ Daily Attendance and Leave Management.
∎ Job posting, joining formalities.
∎ Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
∎ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
∎ Coordinate post-offer pre-employment physicals, psychological, drug screens or other pre-employment screenings as may be required.
∎ Assists with new-employee orientations.
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) by processing employee status changes in a timely manner in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ To ensure that the best services are delivered to all guests in a timely and effective approach and maintain the visitors registers.
∎ Maintain the staff movements in and out registered.
∎ To maintain records and coordinate dispatch of various documents.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Order, Notice, Note etc and communicating with the concern through mail or other medium.
∎ Creating, processing & storing all documents, registered related to HR & Admin.
∎ Translating different types of documents.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking both Bangla and English
∎ Advanced level Computer Literacy with MS Office specially in MS excel
∎ Capability to work under pressure
∎ Should have knowledge to prepare various presentation and brochure
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality
