Job Context:
∎ We are one of the leading 100% export oriented spinning mills with state of art equipment from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Japan & China.
∎ We are looking for the following experience person for our Spinning.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual must have excellent drafting skill on business letters, memos, spreadsheets, e-mail reply etc
∎ He must be able to quickly grasp the Superior's/ higher authority's expression/dictation.
∎ Must be able to independently handle & keep updated employees personal files.
∎ Must be able to prepare inter-office memo, office order, work order, requisition request, purchase order, production order etc.
∎ To assist HR & Admin dept in preparing call up letters, interview schedule, typing and dispatching appointment letter & opening new files.
∎ Compiling purchase quotations and preparing comparative statements for finalization of purchase order.
∎ Must be able to collect & update daily production report/data, Dyes & Chemical requirements/stock position reports from factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum typing speed is 40 words per minute both English and Bangla.
∎ Strong ability to prepare PowerPoint presentation, to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Salary: Negotiable
