Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Update all license, certificates
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
∎ Resolving any situation & any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Customer contentment : Government agencies, Local authority, Customers, Management & employees
∎ Take care Housekeeping properly in all over the premises
∎ To Organize and Control huge numbers of Vehicles.
∎ Coordinate all the functions associated with the transport works.
∎ Maintaining records of vehicles expenditures, gas, fuel, routine maintenance etc.
∎ All the inspections of the vehicles have been carried out.
∎ To ensure repairing, broken or worn mechanical components.
∎ To maintain repairing, servicing fuel / CNG Consumption & spare parts records.
∎ Maintaining, monitoring and update all the documentation associated with the driving records, physicals, testing and licensing.
∎ To ensure the requisite documentation of transports.
∎ To maintain liaison with government entities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in cases of experience.
∎ Knowledge on social compliance issues.
∎ Experience: At least 05 years of actual experience in relevant field.
