Job Context:
∎ As an Office Supervisor at Inverse.AI, you will be responsible for the office`s day-to-day operations. You will be in charge of making sure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the office runs smoothly.
∎ You should have strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software to succeed in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing office budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
∎ Regular checking in office equipment and managing office inventory.
∎ You will be responsible for managing office expenses, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that there is appropriate financial management and control in place.
