∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
∎ To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
∎ To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Provide administrative support as and when required.
∎ Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications and different type software base work.
∎ To execute other official task, assigned by management.
∎ Work distribute to the other employees & and take work updates from other employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
