Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The office Peon will be based at Madanpur Bandar,Narayangonj.
∎ He will be overall responsible for office maintenance, Office cleaning etc.Documents send & receive from Govt. office, Local & other organizations.
∎ Internal documents serve from desk to desk.
∎ Doing photocopy & binding as required.
∎ Serve water & tea desk to desk.
∎ Clean Office room & furniture daily basis.
∎ Goods packing & send/receive to/from transport or any other services.
∎ Goods loading & unloading from vendors related to repair maintenance.
∎ Support documents related to tasks in coordination with other project staff.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
