Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in organizing the office administration and logistics.
∎ Manage clients' phone calls. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess the needs of the clients to achieve satisfaction provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients as well as industry participants.
∎ Ensure that the existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care & communication.
∎ Identify and approach potential new companies to engage as clients
∎ Maintain partnership contracts and clients database. Ensure that the contract terms are adhered to by both the company and the clients.
∎ Maintain official documents of the clients and prepare required reports.
∎ Handling of queries from the customers and related stakeholders.
∎ Ensure tidy and organized file maintenance for ease of reference and access.
∎ Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
∎ Follow relevant checklists and timely address issues to Team Leads.
∎ Ensure that the existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care & communication.
∎ Attend meetings and follow up on the meeting discussion with the clients.
∎ Collect clients' feedback and present those in a structured manner to the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the company.
