∎ Have to fluent in Bengali and English
∎ The applicants should have potentiality to develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and to satisfy them with the service policies of the organization.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains independently.
∎ Accent must be presentable with politeness
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Having Well manner and good behavior.
∎ Capable to report to seniors.
∎ Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
∎ Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.
∎ Capable to lead overall marketing and communication function.
∎ To visit corporate offices for meetings & provide service information.
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Convincing and motivational power
∎ Always positive attitude and self motivated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: 6month - 3 year in relevant fields.
∎ Tele Marketing Experience, Promote Marketing.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about IT sector.
∎ Must be loyal to the company.
∎ Having convincing power to the proposed clients.
∎ Active in work, smart and confident.
∎ Having minimum one year experience in relevant field.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
