Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing documents and reports as per direction of the Management.
∎ Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
∎ Operating and maintaining office equipment's such as scanner, photocopier and printers
∎ General administrative support.
∎ Recording meeting minutes and dictations
∎ Performing an inventory of office supplies and orders of need
∎ Reporting to management and assisting with other official tasks
∎ Comply with any other assignments as instructed by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should require computer skills in basic programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Versatile and has good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to perform well under pressure.
∎ Have to have good work ethics & perform diligently.
∎ Good typing skill and time management.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
