Job Context:
∎ We are recruiting an efficient, intelligent, experienced candidate at Meiji Education.
∎ Industry Type: Consultancy, Language, and Immigration Firm (Japan, South Korea, UK, USA, Canada & Australia)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare study abroad documents
∎ Providing information to students and their guardians
∎ Coordinating with the Documentation Team
∎ Must have working knowledge with Illustrator, Photoshop, MS-Excel and MS-word
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files
∎ Assist in administering and executing official activities
∎ Excellent writing skill in English (Most important)
∎ Correctly fill out immigration forms and other necessary forms on a case-by-case basis
∎ Follow up students for required documents deadline

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
