Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions.
∎ Estimating all the required material, equipment and labor needed to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimation for bidding projects.
∎ Accomplishing overall Tender Preparation work.
∎ Assist in tender submission process (tender document purchase, Pre-bid meeting attendance, Tender submission within date etc.) in any selected tender.
∎ Ability to Read quickly, understand thoroughly regarding the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for seeking Management discussions.
∎ In case of joint venture, prepare own part of estimation, prepare pricing and overall bidding discussion with JV partner to prepare for final bidding as JV partner.
∎ Able to speak with /visit clients for clarifications/ information related to Bids/Tenders/EOI.
∎ Keep online track of upcoming/ ongoing/ past opportunities.
∎ Keep track of Competitors activities/pricing/market research/ industry event.
∎ Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission and meet with company experience and capacity.
∎ Liaison with all other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) field experience in heavy construction.
∎ Should have prior knowledge in Govt. tendering, tender bidding, etc.
