Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain safe, healthy, hygienic office environment
∎ Manage phone calls and correspondence
∎ Record office purchases, rents, bills
∎ Purchase requisitions & orders
∎ Maintain office inventory
∎ Answer questions and requests
∎ CSR Follow up
∎ Monitor office protocols
∎ Monitor maintenance log of office equipment
∎ Train office assistants and divide responsibilities
∎ Monitor food preparation and grocery expenses
∎ Ensure sanitized kitchen environment
∎ Monitor office transport usage and Uber rides
∎ Follow up with driver duties and security checkups
∎ Act as liaison with all departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Presentable, proficient in English is a MUST
∎ Can work independently and with minimal supervision
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
∎ Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
