Key Responsibilities

Office Assistant Duties

  • Assist with daily office work such as filing, photocopying, and document organization

  • Support staff with basic administrative tasks

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area

  • Handle simple data entry and record keeping when required

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items

  • Maintain basic delivery records
