Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be physically fit and sound health to send message to various office/division.
∎ Must have knowledge in Telephone call receiving and take note from the caller to communicate to the concern person.
∎ Must have knowledge in operating Photocopy and Fax machine.
∎ Able to serve officers/guests.
∎ Perform general administrative tasks and act as support staff when necessary
∎ Prepare letters and documents.
∎ Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
∎ Schedule appointments.
∎ Maintain appointment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
