Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be physically fit and sound health to send message to various office/division.
∎ Must have knowledge in Telephone call receiving and taking note from the caller to communicate to the concern person.
∎ Must have knowledge in operating Photocopy and Fax machine.
∎ Able to serve officers/guests.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
