Responsibilities & Context:
∎ বিভিন্ন সরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং ব্যাংকে দাপ্তরিক চিঠিপত্র আদান প্রদানের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।অফিসে কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীবৃন্দ এবং ভিজিটরদের আপ্যায়নের কাজ।অফিসের সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি বন্ধকরণ নিশ্চিত করা । অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল গুছিয়ে রাখা। কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে অফিসিয়াল কাজে বাহিরে যেতে হবে।পোশাক-পরিচ্ছদ পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন হতে হবে এবং অফিস নির্ধারিত ড্রেস কোড মানতে হবে। অফিস ত্যাগের পূর্বে অফিস পরিষ্কার করা এবং বৈদ্যুতিক পাওয়ার লাইন বন্ধ করে যেতে হবে।উপরোক্ত প্রার্থীর নিজস্ব মোটর সাইকেল এবং ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে ।
